I contacted the company via the text chat system, unless you sit staring at your computer, it will take up to a day to get a chat response. I have sent screen shots they requested and still (over month later) only have the trial version. I have NEVER been able to chat live with anyone. 
Since it was not a purchased from the Apple Store or Google Store, I cannot get help from anyone other than the company I paid the money to. It should be in their best interest to refund the money to an unhappy customer. I have spent a lot of time trying to make this software work, it does not.
